MIWAI'13: Registration Information

1. For the authors of the accepted papers:

   The authors of each accepted paper must upload the camera ready version of the paper to MIWAI 2013’s submission website via Easychair by September 15, 2013. The camera ready version includes:

  • The final pdf file of the paper which has accommodated the reviewers’ comments.
  • A zip file of all the source files (LaTeX files with all the associated style files, special fonts and eps or bib files, or Word or rtf files).
  • The pdf file of the signed copyright form.

   The authors of each accepted papers must send us a signed copyright form. One author may sign on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper. The copyright form must be present and correct. In first two fields of the form, insert the following information:

  • Title of the Book or Conference Name: Proceedings of the 7th Multi- disciplinary International Workshop on Artificial Intelligence
  • Volume Editor(s): Sheela Ramanna, Pawan Lingras, Chattrakul Sombattheera and Aneesh Krishna

   The copyright form can be accessed here.

   Each accepted paper should have registration fee paid by at least one of the authors by September 15, 2013 in order to include the paper in the LNAI. The fee details are given in the table below.

   In order to qualify for paying the "full-time student" registration fee, the presenting author of the paper must be a full-time student in an accredited institute. The student must bring an original copy of the letter, issued on the college/institute/university letter head, signed by the Head of the Department/Institute stating that he/she is a fulltime student.

   Important Note: At least one author of each paper should register for the conference in order for their paper to be included in the LNAI. Additional (co)authors of that paper should register if and only they also wish to attend the workshop. In other words, if the remaining (co)authors of that paper do not wish to attend the conference, they need not pay any fee.

2. For non-authors:

   The early registration fee (paid on or before September 15, 2013) and the late registration fee (between September 16, 2013 and November 1, 2013) is given in the table below.

   In order to qualify for paying the "full-time student" registration fee, the person planning to attend the conference must be a full-time student in an accredited institute. You need to bring the student status form (original copy) and present while collecting the material at registration desk in Krabi, Thailand.

3. Registration fee payment for authors and non-authors:

   Please make sure to send a scanned copy of the proof of payment through email to chattrakul.s@msu.ac.th.

   Please note that author registration and early bird registration last date is September 15, 2013.

   Registration is a precondition for inclusion of the paper in the workshop proceedings.

4. What the registration fee will cover:

   The registration fee will allow you to attend the workshop and any other services that we are planning to provide during the workshop. There will be morning and afternoon breaks and lunches on December 10th and 11th. The reception dinner on the evening of December 10th will also be covered. In addition, registered authors will also get a copy of the LNAI during the workshop (note that in case of any delay, we will provide the LNAI Proceedings soon after the conference).

   Note:

      (i) The conference organizers WILL NOT be responsible for missing payments and/or any other problems related to the payments. The registration fee is non-refundable.
